Abstract

The presentation highlights the challenges for the state-CSOs collaboration particularly in the context of the implementation of NAPPCVE. To overcome those challenges, CSOs need to adopt "strategic positioning" which includes paradigm shift, growth mindset, confidence-building measures, and being a credible partner.
