Abstract
Keputusan cemerlang SPM bukan tiket mutlak keperubatan; minat, empati dan ketahanan mental diperlukan untuk menghadapi tuntutan sebenar. Fasa praklinikal fokus ilmu asas; fasa klinikal menguji kemahiran praktikal, komunikasi empati, dan kebolehan menangani pesakit sebenar. Housemanship dan amalan klinikal menuntut pengorbanan masa, tenaga, emosi serta ketahanan kerja berpasukan; pilih kerjaya berdasarkan kesiapan jiwa.
