Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أهمية الدلالة السياقية وأثرها في فهم الخطاب القرآني، وتسليط الضوء على أبرز فوائدها ومزاياها، وكيفية مراعاة علماء الأمة عبر القرون بهذه الدلالة ليحصل الفهم الصحيح للخطاب القرآني، وبيان الخلل الذي يحصل للناظر عند إهمال هذه الدلالة العظيمة خاصةً في تفسير كلام الله تعالى، وبيان أن من أكبر أسباب الأقوال الشاذة في تفسير آيات القرآن الكــــــــريم هو الخروج عن سياق الكلام، وعدم مراعاة هذه الدلالة، ومما يبينه هذا البحث الأدلة الشرعيــــــــــــة الثابتة على حجية هذه الدلالة، وذلك من خلال عرض أدلة القرآن الكريم الذي يشــــــــــــــــــــــير لهذه الدلالة بالإحالات والتكامل السياقي، وكذا بيان حجيتها من خلال عرض النصوص النبوية التي قوّم بها رسول الله ﷺ أفهام بعض الصحابة رضي الله عنهم وأرضاهم. توصل البحث إلى أن معرفة السياق واعتباره يرد كثيراً من الأقوال الشاذة البعيدة عن مراد المتكلم، وأنها تكشف عن الحقائق القرآنية والمعاني الربانية المرادة في آيات الله تعالى، وأنها دلالة شرعية معتبرة ثبتت حجيتها بالقرآن الكريم، وجاءت السنة الصحيحة بما يدل عليها ويقويها، وعمل سلف الأمة، وأن السنة النبوية من أعظم الأدلة التي تثبت حجية دلالة السياق. ***** This research aims to highlight the importance of contextual indication and its impact on understanding the Qur'anic discourse, emphasizing its benefits and advantages. It explores how scholars over the centuries have considered this indication to achieve a correct understanding of the Qur'anic message. The study also points out the errors that arise when neglecting this important aspect, especially in interpreting the words of God. It identifies one of the major causes of anomalous interpretations of the Qur'anic verses as a failure to consider the context. The research presents solid legal evidence supporting the legitimacy of this indication through Qur'anic references and contextual integration. Additionally, it demonstrates its legitimacy by showing how the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) corrected the understanding of some companions. The study concludes that understanding and considering the context prevent many anomalous interpretations that stray from the intended meaning, revealing the true Qur'anic messages and divine meanings. It affirms that contextual indication is a valid legal principle established by the Qur'an, supported by authentic Sunnah, and practiced by the early generations of the Muslim community. The Sunnah is one of the greatest proofs of the legitimacy of contextual indication. ***** Kajian ini bertujuan menonjolkan kepentingan makna kontekstual serta kesannya dalam memahami wacana al-Quran. Ia meneliti bagaimana para ulama sepanjang zaman telah menitikberatkan makna ini bagi mencapai pemahaman yang tepat terhadap teks al-Quran. Kajian ini turut menonjolkan kesilapan yang berlaku apabila petunjuk penting ini diabaikan, khususnya dalam mentafsirkan firman Allah. Kajian ini mengenal pasti salah satu punca utama tafsiran menyimpang terhadap ayat-ayat al-Quran adalah pengabaian konteks. Kajian ini mempersembahkan bukti syarak yang kukuh tentang kesahihan petunjuk ini melalui pembentangan bukti-bukti daripada al-Quran yang merujuk kepada petunjuk ini melalui rujukan dan integrasi kontekstual. Selain itu, kajian ini juga membuktikan keabsahan makna kontekstual dengan mengemukakan bagaimana Rasulullah SAW memperbetulkan pemahaman para sahabat. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahawa memahami dan mengambil kira konteks dapat menolak banyak tafsiran yang menyimpang daripada maksud sebenar penutur, serta mendedahkan hakikat al-Quran dan makna ilahi yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat Allah. Kajian ini mengesahkan bahawa petunjuk kontekstual adalah prinsip syarak yang sahih, yang telah disahkan oleh al-Quran dan diperkukuhkan oleh sunnah yang sahih serta amalan ulama terdahulu. Sunnah merupakan salah satu bukti terkuat yang mengesahkan kesahihan makna kontekstual.
