Malaysian, born in 1960, obtained doctorate degree from AMU Aligarh, attached to IIUM since 1993 after working in private sector for 5 years. Beside teaching, supervision, research and publication I have contributed to this noble institution as Deputy Dean, Research Management Centre, Director Graduate School of Management, Dean (Faculty) KENMS, Dean, Office of Corporate Strategy and Quality Assurance. Immediate past President-ICIFE <www.icife.net> and Dean, IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking & Finance (IIiBF) for two years 2015-2016. During this time I steered IIUM to be ranked world No.1 in 2015, 2016 by QS Ranking in research and publication citation index.
