Abstract

تعدّ التحديات التي تواجهها المرأة في تكوين أسرة صالحة تحديات مستمرة في التطور زمانا ومكانا. وعدم قدرة المرأة على مواجهة تحديات العصر في تربية الأسرة يؤدي إلى إضعاف أساس الحضارة، وعليه، فإنه من الأهمية بمكان أن تعرف المرأة المسلمة أصول وميراث الأسرة التي ينبغي تدريسها في السنة النبوية. فإندونيسيا دولة كبيرة ذات غالبية مسلمة، وعاصمتها جاكرتا وهي تمثل التنوع الثقافي للشعب الإندونيسي. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهمية تكوين الأسرة، ومطالعة دور المرأة في تكوينها بناءً على إرشادات السنة النبوية، والكشف عن التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها المرأة المسلمة المتزوجة في تكوين الأسرة في جاكرتا، وإيجاد حلول لها في ضوء تعاليم النبي محمد ﷺ وأصحابه. تستخدم هذه الدراسة أربعة مناهج، وهي: المنهج الاستقرائ، والمنهج التحليلي، والمنهج النقدي، ودراسة ميدانية. تستخدم المنهج الاستقرائي لجمع المعلومات حول التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها المرأة المسلمة في جاكرتا عند تكوين الأسرة. وتم استخدام المنهج التحليلي لتحليل التحديات والعقبات التي تواجه المرأة المسلمة في جاكرتا عند تكوين الأسرة. وأجريت دراسة ميدانية بأخذ بيانات ثانوية من المركز الإحصائي في جاكرتا، مديرية المحاكم الشرعية المحكمة العليا لجمهورية إندونيسيا، والهيئة الوطنية للاستشارات الأسرية في جاكرتا. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج، مفادها: أنّ التحديات المعاصرة التي تواجهها المرأة المسلمة في جاكرتا عند تكوين الأسرة تدور حول ثلاثة أمور؛ وهي تحديات في مواجهة النزاع المستمرّ، والنزاعات المالية، والعنف المنزلي. هذه التحديات الثلاث لها أسباب وأشكال مختلفة حسب ظروف الزوجين. كما أظهرت الدراسة أنّ السنة النبوية قد ورثت مبادئ الإسلام المتعلقة بإدارة هذه التحديات الثلاث حسب العصر. The task for women in nurturing a good family is a challenge that continues to develop across time and culture. This is because a family is the initial foundation for the formation of a strong society and civilization. Women who cannot face new challenges in nurturing their family will cause this foundation of civilization to become fragile. Therefore, it is important for a Muslim woman to know the principle family values that are taught in the light of Sunnah Nabawiyah. Indonesia is a large country with a majority Muslim population. Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia, which represents the cultural diversity of the Indonesian people. This study aims to determine the importance of nurturing a family with Islamic values. It also aims to highlight the role of women in nurturing families based on the Sunnah Nabawiyah guidelines, to look into the contemporary challenges faced by married Muslim women with their families in Jakarta, and to find solutions in the form of Islamic family principles taught by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his companions. This study uses four methods simultaneously, the inductive method, the analytical method, the critical method, and the field study. The inductive method is used for gathering information related to contemporary challenges faced by Muslim women building a family in Jakarta. The analytical method and critical method are used to analyse the information related to contemporary challenges faced by Muslim women building a family in Jakarta.to find solutions extracted from hadiths Nabawi. The field study was carried out by taking secondary data from the Statistics Indonesia chapter of Jakarta, the Directorate General of Religious Courts, and the Jakarta Agency for Counseling, Fostering and Perpetuation of Marriage. This research has come to several conclusions on the contemporary challenges faced in nurturing a family by Jakarta Muslim women, revolve around three things: challenges in the face of persistent conflicts, financial and economical family conflicts, and domestic violence. These three challenges have different causes and forms of conflict depending on the conditions of the married couple. This research also shows that the Sunnah Nabawiyah has upheld the inherited Islamic principles relating to managing these three challenges according to the current era.
