Abstract

The Online paper seminar deals with an important subject, entitled “al-Manhaj an-Nabawi (The Prophetic Methodology) in dealing with Others: Analysis of Selected Incidents during the Time Of Revelation.” Its aim is to explore the methodologies used the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) in dealing with others during the time Revelation. This topic is very significant as it attempts to analyze the text of selected historical incidents during the time of Revelation in order to know the methodologies used by the Prophet (p.b.u.h.). This seminar discusses the meaning of as-Sunnah an-Nabawi (The Prophetic Sunnah), the Essence of the Prophetic Methodology, the Prophetic Methodologies, namely: descriptive, objective, altruistic, analytical, dialogical and pacific, and the illustration of one selected historical incidents during the time of Revelation. The descriptive, analytical and comparative methods are used in the deliberation of this topic. It is believed that this Online Seminar offers to the participants the Prophetic Methodology to be used by them in their day-to-day lives while dealing with others.
