Abstract

The 'Change the World' project manifests sustainable development through strategic collaboration with key stakeholders of International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), namely Consumer Association of Penang (CAP) and Taman Desa Gemilang  . This project aims to operationalize Whole Institution Transformation (WIT) towards sustainability through vegetable gardens. Both students and staff involved in the vegetable garden and advocacy of responsible consumption. The engagement for responsible consumption through various advocacy campaigns and vegetable gardens has made impressive progress within two years (March 2009- March 2021).
