Abstract

الشباب في أي مجتمع هم الركيزة الأساسية في إنجاح خطط الدول وتطور برامجها ومشاريعها. وهم الشريحة التي من السهولة إكتسابها في تفعيل البرامج الثقافية الدولية؛ وذلك بسهولة تواصلهم مع الآخرين. لذلك سعت الدول والمنظمات الدولية بإشراك فئة الشباب في البرامج المعنية بالتواصل بين الثقافات والحوار والأنشطة الجماعية التي تتسم بالدولية. فمنظمة اليونسكو لها دور ريادي في هذا المجال عبر مشاركة الشباب والطلاب من المدارس المنتسبة لليونسكو المتواجدة بالدول الأعضاء. فالمدارس العمانية المنتسبة لليونسكو لها عدة مشاريع مرتبطة بالشباب تدعمها الدبلوماسية الثقافية العمانية التي تسعى إلى تمكين الشباب وتشجيعهم على الحوار مع الآخر والتعريف بثقافتهم وقيمهم ومقومات بلدهم للشباب من الثقافات الأخرى. ومن أبرز المشاريع التي لها صدى واسع على مستوى الأمم المتحدة هو برنامج رحلات تواصل الثقافات، بالإضافة إلى مشارع أخرى تم التطرق لها في هذا البحث. Abstract Young people in any society are the main pillar for the success of countries’ plans, and development programs and projects. They are the segment most easily acquired in the implementation of international cultural programs, since they can easily communicate with others. Therefore, states and international organizations have sought to include young people in programs concerned with intercultural communication, dialogue and collective activities. UNESCO has a pioneering role in this field through the participation of youth and students from the Associated Schools Project Network from member states. Omani UNESCO Associated Schools have undertaken several projects related to youth supported by Omani cultural diplomacy which seeks to empower young people, encourage them to establish a dialogue with others and introduce their culture, values and other components of their country to young people from other cultures. Among the most prominent projects that have had wide resonance at the United Nations level is the Connecting Cultures program, besides other projects discussed in this research.
