Abstract
Sexual health is fundamental to the overall health and well-being of individuals, couples and families, and to the social and economic development of communities and countries (WHO, 2020).Young people with disabilities are not automatically asexual. As they mature, young people with disabilities experience most if not all the same physical and emotional changes as their peers who do not have disabilities. However, people with disabilities are commonly seen as ‘asexual’ and they are denied from having sexual desires like others (Swago-Wilson, 2008).
