Abstract

Kajian ini mengupas tentang agihan zakat terhadap asnaf al-Ghārimīn menurut pandangan ulama dan amalan masa kini. Kajian ini membentangkan perbahasan dalam kalangan ulama berkaitan agihan zakat terhadap asnaf al-Ghārimīndan pelaksanaannya di Malaysia. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan kaedah penyelidikan kualitatif dan dianalisa menggunakan metod deduktif, induktif dan perbandingan. Kajian menunjukkan bahawa agihan zakat terhadap asnaf al-Ghārimīnperlu dilaksanakan pada masa kini bagi menyelesaikan isu-isu semasa berkaitan asnaf ini. Abstract This study discusses the distribution of recipients of zakat al-Ghārimīn in the view of scholars and current practice. This paper presents the debate among scholars concerning the distribution of alms to the needy al-Ghārimīn and its implementation in Malaysia. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods and analyzed using the method of deductive, inductive and comparison. Studies show that the distribution of zakat al-Ghārimīn recipients should be implemented at present to solve the current issues related to these recipients
