الملخص: الظاهر والمؤول قسمان من أقسام المنطوق عند الإمام الغزالى في كتابه المستصفى في أصول الفقه،والآمدي في إحكامه فما طبيعة التأويل الذي ينسب إلى منطوق النص وما ضوابطه عند الإمام الغزالي؟ هذا موضوع تلك الورقة المقدمة للمؤتمر الدولى عن مسارات التأويل وعلوم اللغة العربية جامعة المنوفية كلية الآداب؛لكنه عند علماء أصول الفقه خاصة عند الغزالى ومدرسة المتكلميين.
