Abstract
تناقش هذه المقالة الاختلاف بوصفه قوة معرفية ومحركًا للتقدم الحضاري، وتبين أن التنوع في الأفكار والثقافات والخبرات يمثل أساسًا لتطور المعرفة الإنسانية، وليس سببًا للصراع والانقسام. كما تؤكد أن الجامعات ومراكز البحوث تؤدي دورًا محوريًا في توفير بيئات للحوار الفكري وتبادل الخبرات وإنتاج المعرفة المشتركة، وأن إدارة الاختلاف القائمة على الاحترام والانفتاح تسهم في بناء مجتمعات أكثر إبداعًا وتعاونًا وازدهارًا.
This article examines difference as a source of knowledge and civilizational progress rather than conflict. It argues that diversity in ideas, cultures, and experiences has historically driven intellectual development and innovation. The article highlights the role of universities and research centers in fostering dialogue, collaboration, and shared knowledge production. It concludes that managing differences through openness, mutual respect, and constructive engagement transforms diversity into a catalyst for creativity, academic excellence, and sustainable societal development.
