Abstract
The Ramadan as Living Pedagogy module provides a comprehensive framework that reimagines Ramadan as a transformative educational experience grounded in Tawhidic
epistemology. It emphasizes the integration of devotion (‘ibadah), knowledge (‘ilm), and civic responsibility (amanah), addressing the fragmentation often found in faith-based education. The module offers structured approaches through reflective learning, service learning projects, STEAM engagement, and communal practices, enabling learners to
connect ethical formation with intellectual and social development.
Additionally, the module highlights the importance of experiential and community-based learning, drawing on initiatives such as Community Engagement Sarawak 2026 to
demonstrate real-world application. By encouraging critical reflection, moral agency, and civic intentionality, it equips students with the capacity to align belief with action and
contribute meaningfully to society. Whether for educators, students, or practitioners in holistic education, this module serves as a valuable resource for fostering ethically grounded, socially responsible, and integrative learning experiences.
