Abstract
This bulletin presents the second issue of the Omani Research and Studies Center in Malaysia (ORSC), documenting the Center’s continued academic, cultural, and community-oriented activities during the period from March to June 2025. Building on the foundations established in its inaugural issue, this edition highlights ORSC’s expanding role in strengthening academic engagement, cultural interaction, and intellectual dialogue between Oman, Malaysia, and the broader scholarly community. The bulletin showcases a range of initiatives, including student-centered activities, academic and cultural programs, public lectures, and scholarly forums that address literature, Islamic thought, ethics, and intercultural communication. In addition, the publication features newly signed academic cooperation agreements, thematic lecture series, and ongoing research and translation projects that reflect ORSC’s interdisciplinary approach and commitment to knowledge production. Particular emphasis is placed on promoting shared values, ethical discourse, and comparative perspectives within the humanities and social sciences. Through documenting these activities and projects, the bulletin underscores ORSC’s mission to serve as a dynamic academic platform that supports research development, nurtures cultural understanding, and contributes to sustained intellectual collaboration between academic institutions and societies.
