Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أكثر المشكلات التي يواجهها طلبة اللغة العربية في مهارة الكلام بالعربية ومعرفة أكثر الاستراتيجيات التي استخدموها في التغلب عليها. تمّ اختيار الطلبة المتخصصين في اللغة العربية في الجامعة الإسلامية العالمية بماليزيا من مستوى البكالوريوس عينةً لهذه الدراسة عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة. اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الكمي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، واستخدموا الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم توزيعها على 30 طالبًا وطالبةً؛ وهم طلبة اللغة العربية وآدابها من كلية عبد الحميد أبو سليمان لمعارف الوحي والعلوم الإنسانية، وطلبة تعليم اللغة العربية بوصفها لغة ثانية من كلية التربية، وطلبة اللغة العربية للاتصال العالمي من كلية السياحة المستدامة واللغات المعاصرة. تبين للباحثين من نتائج هذا البحث أنّ أكثر المشكلات التي يواجهها طلبة اللغة العربية حتى تعوقهم على ممارسة الكلام بالعربية بشكل أفضل وباستمرار هي شعورهم بأنّ أصدقاءهم في الفصل يتكلمون باللغة العربية أفضل منهم، ثم تدني القدرة على تصور الأشياء التي يريدون أن يقولوها أو إجراء المحادثة الطويلة، وتليها المفردات التي حفظوها لم تكفهم للتكلم باللغة العربية بالطلاقة. أما الاستراتيجيات التي استخدموها في التغلب على هذه المشكلات فأكثرها استخدام لغة الجسد للتعبير عن أفكارهم بشكل أفضل وبها تزيد ثقتهم بالنفس، يليها الانتباه إلى التراكيب والتعبيرات الاصطلاحي التي استخدمها المحاضر أو أصدقاءهم الذين يجيدون الكلام بالعربية ثم محاولة تطبيقها في كلامهم، ثم يليها تكرار ما سمعوا من التسجيلات الصوتية والفيديوهات والأفلام باللغة العربية. ***** This study aims to find out the most common problems that Arabic language students face in the skill of Arabic speaking and to know the strategies they used to overcome them. Students specializing in the Arabic language at the International Islamic University in Malaysia from the bachelor’s level were selected as a sample for this study through simple random sampling. The researchers relied on the quantitative approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and was distributed to 30 students. They are students of Arabic Language and Literature from the Kulliyyah Abdul Hamid Abu Suleiman of Islamic Revealed Knowledges and Human Sciences, students of Teaching Arabic as a Second Language from the Kulliyyah of Education, and students of Arabic Language for International Communication from the Kulliyyah of Sustainable Tourism and Contemporary Languages. The results of this research show that the most common problems that students of the Arabic language face that hinder them from practicing speaking Arabic better and continuously is their feeling that their friends in the classroom speak Arabic better than them, then the low ability to imagine the things they want to say or to conduct a long conversation, followed by vocabulary, and also what they memorized was not enough for them to speak Arabic fluently. As for the strategies they used to overcome these problems, most of them were using body language to express their ideas better and thereby increasing their self-confidence, followed by paying attention to the idiomatic structures and expressions used by the lecturer or their friends who were fluent in Arabic, then trying to apply them in their speech, then repeating what they heard, and also audio recordings, videos and films in Arabic.
