Abstract

Purpose –This study investigates the demographic profiles of postgraduate and undergraduate users of Digital Reference Services (DRS) in federal university libraries in Northwest Nigeria. It aims to identify how age, gender, academic level, and study program influence DRS usage, frequency, and satisfaction, while assessing how users engage with different digital platforms such as email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.
