Abstract
Peraturan waktu kerja lebih tegas dan kemanusiaan untuk elak keletihan melampau serta risiko keselamatan pesakit. Perjelas laluan kerjaya dan semak ganjaran agar doktor muda kekal, mendapat pengiktirafan dan agihan doktor lebih seimbang. Pelaksanaan sokongan kesihatan mental, kurangkan beban pentadbiran dan wujudkan program bimbingan berstruktur melalui kerjasama pelbagai kementerian.
