Abstract
من أكثر المشاكل العويصة التي تواجها البيئة التعليمية الحديثة بمختلف مراحلها، المسألة الأخلاقية. • ركنا هذه المشكلة من ناحية المصدرية والمحل والأثر هما: الملقي والمتلقي باعتبارهما العنصرين الأساسيين للعملية التعليمية. • يضافإلى ذلكأيضا عناصر أخرى : كالزمان والمكان والوسائل. • أضحت آثار هذه المشكلة بادية للعيان، فالكل يدرك حجم التراجع الأخلاقي في التعامل اليومي، أو في عملية التعلم والتعليم والبحث.
