Abstract

Melorheostosis is a rare benign skeletal disorder characterized by thickening of the cortical bone layer, appearing as flowing hyperostosis. Its prevalence is about 0.9 cases per million population. We present a case report of a 31-year-old lady, presented with chronic pain and swelling of the left little finger. This case study emphasizes the melorheostosis radiological features, contributing to accurate early diagnosis.
