Abstract

يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تجليات مصطلح الظاهر ومرادفاته في كتب التداوليين وأبحاثهم، وبيان المصطلحات المستخدمة في التعبير عنه، وبيان مدى توفيقهم في استخدام هذه المصطلحات في التعبير عن هذا المفهوم، كما يهدف إلى الكشف عن مكامن الظاهر في النظرية التداولية، ومفاهيمها، وخاصة في مبحثي الإشاريات، والمبادئ الحوارية والاستلزام الحواري، وباستثمار المنهج الوصفي التحليلي توصل الباحث إلى "اللفظ الدال على معنى الوضع الأصلي أو العرفي، ويحتمل غيره احتمالا مرجوحا"، وأن التداولية دراسة اللغة في الاستعمال، وقد خلص إلى أن أبرز التباينات الفكرية للتصور النظري للظاهر في الفكر التداولي المعاصر عبر مفاهيم التداولية: الإشاريات وقوانين الخطاب ونظرية الاستلزام الحواري، تتمثل في عدم وضوح هذا المصطلح عند بعض التداوليين العرب؛ كما بينا مكامن وجود الظاهر عبر مفاهيم الإشاريات والمبادئ الحوارية والاستلزام الحواري. Abstract This research aims to study the concept of Ẓāhir in contemporary pragmatic thought using the descriptive analytical approach. It concluded that the theoretical conception of Ẓāhir by most Muslim legal theorists (Al-Uṣūlyyon) is “The word that indicates the meaning of the original or customary situation, and the other may be a likely possibility”. It concluded also th pragmatic theory is study the language in use. As for the pragmatic phenomenon, it appears in its inherent characteristics within the pragmatic theories, and the terms that express it in the writings of Arab pragmatic researchers, such as 'Ẓāhir al nas' and the literal and original meaning. This research also concluded that the most prominent intellectual differences in the theoretical perception of Ẓāhir through pragmatic concepts: deixis, conversational implicature and speech acts, is represented in the lack of clarity of this term in some minds of Arab pragmatists.
