Abstract

This disclosure is mainly focusing on the design of a paper-based microfluidic channel using lateral flow analysis (LFA) for the detection of biomolecules/analytes within the range of 20-50uL.D-glucose standard, glucose oxidase and peroxidase (GOD-POD), buffer solution and various glucose sample concentration were used during the optimization procedure. After calibration and optimization procedure, a specific design was selected and we realized that it has a high potential element for further commercialization due to application in glucose detection that utilizing sweat and saliva sample from human for non-invasive detection methods.
