Abstract

Continuous Medical Education discussed the use of psychotherapy called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in the management of weight and diabetes. The topics covered are i) What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, ii) Literature Review on CBT & Diabetes Management, iii) CBT Cross-Sectional Formulation, iv) CBT for Weight Management- Judith Beck Protocol, and v) 10 Important Pre-Dieting Skills.
