Abstract

تبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة في تسليطها الضؤ علي مشاريع الوحدة العربية بين ليبيا والدول العربية خلال أربعة حقب زمانية امتدت بين عامي 1969-1999 لحكم الزعيم الليبي الراحل معمر القذافي. حيث مثلت قضية الوحدة العربية الهدف المركزي للسياسة الخارجية الليبية خلال تلك الفترة.الهدف الأساسي لهذه الدراسة يكمن في تحليل وثائق الوحدة العربية بين ليبيا من جهة والعالم العربي من جهة ثانية خلال الفترة موضوع الدراسة. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي وذلك بتتبع وتحليل تلك الوثائق في إطارها التاريخي.كما اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي في مقاربتها لتلك الوثائق بهدف التوصل لأهم أسباب فشل كل مشاريع الوحدة. اهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أن فشل مشاريع الوحدة العربية نتج عن أسباب ايديولوجية..وسياسية…واقتصادية..وان كل هذه المحاولات قد اتسمت بالتسرع والعجلة..ولم تخضع للدراسة المتأنية..كما أنها لم تنبع من القواعد..وانما عبرت عن اشواق للقادة..خصوصا من الجانب الليبي. ******************************************************************* This study is important as it sheds light on Arab Unity Projects between Libya and some Arab countries during the period 1969-1999 of Gaddafi epoch. During this period Arab unity became the core goal for Libyan foreign relations. The major objective of this study is to analyse Arab Unity Documents during that period to determine the orientation of Libyan foreign policy towards the unity issue. The study has used the historical approach to analyse the unity documents in their historical context. In addition to this, the study has used the analytical method in order to identify and analyse the reasons for the failure of all unity attempts. The study has concluded that the failures were attributed to ideological..political..and economic reasons..that unity attempts were characterised by haste and lack of study to determine their feasibility..and that they did not reflect genuine yearnings on the part of the grassroots..
