Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة إلى بيان أثر المفاوضات في تمرير المشروع النووي الإيراني، حيث استغلت إيران الفترة الطويلة للمفاوضات لتطوير منشآتها النووية كافة ، وأجبرت المجتمع الدولي على الاعتراف بوصفها دولة نووية، والسماح لها باسترااد التنن ولوجيا الحديثة في المجال النووي، مما ينذر بدخول المنطقة في سباق للتسلح، وعلى الرغم من الاتفاق النووي الأخرا إلا أن إيران لم ت ف بنافة تعهداتها في الاتفاقيات السابقة، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان المراحل التي م رت بها المفاوضات النووية والقلق الدولي تجاه البرنامج النووي الإيراني، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي في تناول أهم المراحل في المفاوضات النووية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن إيران لن تستمر في الاتفاق النووي بسبب رؤيتها، وأن المشروع النووي حق مشروع لها لتنفيذ كافة أهدافها. ******************************************************************************************* This paper aims to show the impact of the negotiations on the passing of the Iranian nuclear project .Iran has used the long period of negotiations to develop all its nuclear facilities and forced the international community to recognize them as a nuclear state and to allow them to import modern technology in the nuclear field, which threatens to enter the region in an arms race. However, Iran did not fulfill all its commitments in the previous agreements. Therefore, this study came to show the stages of the nuclear negotiations and the international concern about the nuclear program. The researcher used the analytical method in dealing with the most important stage in the program. The study concluded that Iran will not continue the nuclear agreement because of its view that the nuclear project is a legitimate right for it to implement all its objectives.
