Abstract

AAR 6453 Professional Practice 1 - Master of Architecture Programme Input Lecture of Life Cycle Cost for Construction Projects. The lecture input outlined the following topics. •Importance of long-term forecasting •Building life •Deterioration and obsolescence •Component life inflation •Life cycle costing applications •Life cycle cost plan •Cost-in-use The course is part of the professional practice input for the architects in the making and is currently coordinated by the undersigned.
