Abstract

Pre-Mediasi �Proses pre-mediasi tujuannya menjelaskan maksud, fungsi, dan proses mediasi - boleh dibuat melalui panggilan telefon, emel atau sebarang bentuk perhubungan yang munasabah. �Pihak-pihak mendatangani surat lantikan mediator jika ada �Pihak-pihak boleh datang secara berasingan. �Menetapkan tarikh mediasi penuh. �Pre-mediasi boleh dilakukan dalam beberapa sesi mengikut kesesuaian kes.
