Abstract
Otot membaca mesej senaman; pelbagai isyarat sel dan molekul menukar gen, protein dan metabolisme. Latihan aerobik tingkatkan protein mitokondria; latihan rintangan garap struktur kontraktil dan daya otot. Plasticity bermakna otot perlukan rangsangan berulang, pemulihan, dan variasi aktiviti untuk adaptasi; respons individu berbeza.
