Abstract

إن الاغتراب النفسي بوصفه مفهوماً فلسفياً ونفسياً لم يرد صراحة في الخطاب القرآني، لكنه حاضر ضمنيًا في التراث الإسلامي. وقد عالج القرآن الكريم هذه الظاهرة ضمنًا، من خلال الإشارة إلى غربة الأنبياء في أقوامهم، والتركيز على أهمية الأمن النفسي والاستقرار الذاتي والتمسك بالقيم الأخلاقية لمواجهة هذا الاغتراب. والحث على التسامح والتعايش السلمي، وتعزيز الانتماء والتعاون الاجتماعي، وتقوية العلاقات الإنسانية كوسائل قرآنية للحد من الاغتراب النفسي. والقرآن الكريم يسعى إلى زرع الأمل والقوة النفسية وتجاوز هذا الشعور بصورة إيجابية، وقد اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الاستقرائي لتتبع التفاصيل المتعلقة بهذه الظاهرة، وذلك من خلال دراسة الآيات القرآنية التي أشارت إلى ذلك، ومنها آيات قصة آدم عليه السلام، وبعض الموضوعات ذات الصلة في مختلف الكتب والمجلات العلمية. ثم بعد ذلك تم استخدام أداة التحليل لفحص هذه المعلومات والوصول إلى أهم النتائج، ومنها: بيان معالجة القرآن الكريم لمشكلة الاغتراب النفسي وآثارها في الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية، وإسهامه في توفير أسس فكرية وتطبيقية للتدخل الفعّال. كما أكد البحث على الدور الحضاري للإسلام، ولا سيما القرآن الكريم والقيم الإسلامية، في الحد من آثار الاغتراب النفسي. وأوصى البحث بتعزيز الدراسات التي تربط البعد النفسي بالمفاهيم القرآنية، وإدماج قيم الأمن النفسي والانتماء في البرامج التربوية والإرشادية، بما يسهم في بناء إطار معرفي قرآني يعزز التماسك الاجتماعي والاستقرار النفسي. Psychological alienation, as a modern psychological and philosophical concept, is not explicitly formulated in Qur’anic discourse; however, its meanings and manifestations are implicitly reflected within the Islamic intellectual tradition. The Holy Qur’an addresses this phenomenon indirectly through narratives that portray experiences of rejection, isolation, and emotional distress faced by the prophets among their peoples, as well as through the verses related to the Story of Adam and the human experience of separation, trial, and existential struggle. At the same time, the Qur’an emphasizes psychological security, inner stability, and adherence to moral and spiritual values as means of confronting alienation. It also promotes tolerance, peaceful coexistence, social belonging, cooperation, and the strengthening of human relationships as Qur’anic approaches to reducing psychological alienation. Furthermore, the Qur’an seeks to instill hope, resilience, and emotional balance in ways that help individuals overcome feelings of alienation positively and constructively. This study employs an inductive approach to examine Qur’anic verses, including those related to the Story of Adam, alongside relevant themes and scholarly literature connected to the phenomenon, with the aim of deriving comprehensive conclusions. It also applies the analytical method to interpret these data and clarify how the Qur’an addresses psychological alienation and its impact on mental and social well-being, as well as how it provides conceptual and practical guidance for confronting this phenomenon. The study further highlights the civilizational role of Islam in general, and the Holy Qur’an and Islamic values in particular, in mitigating the effects of psychological alienation. Finally, it recommends strengthening interdisciplinary studies linking psychological dimensions with Qur’anic concepts and integrating the values of psychological security and social belonging into educational and counseling programs, thereby contributing to the development of a Qur’anic epistemological framework that promotes psychological stability and social cohesion.
