Abstract
Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda, as outlined in MyDIGITAL and the National Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Policy, highlights the importance of inclusive digital upskilling to prepare citizens for the future workforce. However, rural and underserved communities continue to face challenges in accessing emerging technologies and developing the digital competencies required for meaningful participation in the digital economy. The National Information Dissemination Centres (NADI) represent a key national initiative aimed at bridging the digital divide between urban and rural communities. Through accessible platforms, NADI enables communities to engage with digital technologies and build essential skills.
