Abstract
Effective communication is of paramount importance in child development, particularly during early childhood (ages 2-6), as it significantly shapes children's personalities and enhancing their social and emotional skills. The Holy Qur'an emphasizes the importance of kind treatment toward both believers and non-believers alike. This study examines the positive role of kindness in educational communication with children. The study employed an analytical inductive approach, with Permata Ihsan - an early childhood education and care center under the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation (PKPS) selected as the case study context. A total of 23 male and female educators participated in the study and responded to a questionnaire. The findings revealed that
kind treatment during the teaching and learning process plays a highly positive role in enhancing children's knowledge acquisition, highlighting its importance and suitability for implementation across diverse educational settings.
