Abstract

**يُتوخى هذا الكتاب إبراز مكانة المرأة في الإسلام من خلال دراسة التصوُّرات الحديثة التي أُشكِلَت على بعض الأفهام من جراء ما أثاره المستشرقون من شبهات مُغرضة وحاقدة تفتقر إلى الحسِّ العلمي والموضوعي؛ ثم رَوَّجَت لها حركات نسوية في الغرب والعالم الإسلامي العربي. يتجه هذا الكتاب في منحاه الشرعي والعلمي إلى تفنيد شبهات المستشرقين الذين أرادوا الطعن في أهم مصادر الإسلام والمسلمين. وحتى يكون هذا العمل مواكبًا للعصر، فإنه يربط الأحاديث بخصائص الفيسيولوجية والبيولوجية، وكل ما يخص سيكولوجية المرأة.** Here is the English translation: **This book aims to highlight the status of women in Islam through a study of modern conceptions that have caused confusion in some understandings as a result of the biased and hostile allegations raised by certain Orientalists—allegations lacking scientific and objective rigor—which were later promoted by feminist movements in the West and the Arab Islamic world. The book takes a scholarly and Sharia-based approach to refuting the doubts propagated by those Orientalists who sought to cast aspersions on the key sources of Islam and Muslims. To ensure that this work remains relevant to contemporary discourse, it links the Prophetic traditions (ahadith) to physiological and biological characteristics, as well as all matters related to the psychology of women.**
