Abstract

نسعى من خالل هذا البحث إلى إبراز اآلليات التي اعتمدتها الجزائر واملجتمع الدولي في مواجهة جريمة االتجار بالبشر، حيث تعتبر جريمةاالتجاربالبشر ثالثأكبرتجارة غيـر مشروعةفيالعالم، بعـد االتـجاربالسالح واالتجار باملخدرات، لذلك أضحىموضوع االتجاربالبشر من أهم املواضيعاملطروحة علىالساحةالسياسيةاليوم، سواء أكان على املستوى الدولي أو على املستوى املحلي، األمر الذي أدى بهيئة األمم املتحدة إلى إبرام اتفاقيات بين دول العالم للقضاء على جريمة االتجار بالبشر. حيث تحاول الدراسة اإلجابة على تساؤل رئيس وهو: ما هي مختلف اآلليات التي وضعها القانون الجزائري والدولي للقضاء على جريمة االتجار بالبشر ؟ والذي من خالل اإلجابة عليهتوصلنا إلىبعضالنتائج والتوصيات املرتبطةبكيفية القضاء على جريمةاالتجاربالبشر. ***** The research seeks to highlight the mechanisms adopted by Algeria and the international community in the face of the crime of trafficking in human beings, which is the third largest illicit trade in the world, after the trafficking of arms and drug trafficking, and therefore the issue of trafficking in human beings has become one of the most important subjects on the political scene today. Both internationally and domestically, the UN has concluded agreements among countries to eliminate the crime of human trafficking. The study is trying to answer a major question :What are the different mechanisms established by Algerian and international law to eliminate the crime of trafficking in human beings? In response, we have come up with some conclusions and recommendations about how to do it Elimination of the crime of trafficking in human beings.
