Abstract
Recognized as the 8th Most Influential Muslim of 2024, Muhammad Taqi Usmani is a renowned scholar in the domain of Islamic finance and banking. He is in fact one of the leading figures and a key pillar in this field, particularly for his contributions to the Islamization of knowledge. Since its inception in 2009, every year he remains as the top 50 in The Muslim 500: The World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims published by The Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre -an independent research entity affiliated with the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought-. His background and achievements somehow reflected the processes and successes of integration and Islamization of Islamic traditional sciences with modern sciences particularly in the field of education, economic and law.
