This article aims to get to know the national role of Kuwait and other Arab Gulf States in combating the technical and Information Technology (IT) crimes, especially those concerning social media. The study employs the descriptive approach to describe the phenomenon under study and the descriptive approach to analyze the data. The study concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are: Arab Gulf States have faced difficulties in defining this type of crime and the type of the suitable law to deal with it. They have also faced difficulties in applying the regulations to IT crimes, as there is a difference in the form and type of this type of crime. Arab Gulf States focused on intellectual combating of these crimes.
