Abstract

The Islamic economic system and Islamic banks and financial institutions have spread in the Islamic and non-Islamic world in recent decades, and Islamic financial transactions have imposed themselves on most economic institutions around the world, and the proportion of money invested in the world that conforms to the provisions of Islamic Sharia has increased dramatically, and this spread is attracting a strong demand from societies On financial transactions that are regulated by Sharia regulations, as the percentage of trust in Islamic banks and financial institutions has risen tremendously, and thus the Islamic economic system has won the recognition of various economic institutions, especially in the Islamic and Arab world, and Malaysia in particular has become one of the pioneers in this field in recent decades. Accordingly, the focus of the research lies on the reality of Islamic finance by highlighting the image of Murabaha (for the purchase order) in Malaysian Islamic banking, and this is through the inductive method to collect the necessary scientific materials and the analytical method to classify the collected information and reach an explicit result, and among the results that were The conclusion that Malaysia has played a strong role in the field of the Islamic economy in the world, and Murabaha is one of the most important forms of Islamic finance, despite the great demand for it after its emergence, but it has been transformed into a formula used by those who wish to buy a property for long periods, and others apply to it who do not need More than one year to repay the debt, i.e. used for short terms mostly.
