Abstract
The paper attempts to expose the impact of tourism in giving cultural influences in the society. It is beyond any doubt that human character as well as behavioral conduct is inseparable from the environment. The travelers who came from across geographical boundaries might bring their cultural influences to local people. As we understand, cultural interaction to certain level gives the influence on human behavior. When people live in certain country, inter-cultural exchange may take place between them. The travelers who came from secular background might surprise to see people who stick to their own religious and cultural tradition. Likewise, local people who observe their traditional value will be shock to witness the behavior which contradicts with ethical religious values. Moreover, it also aims at exposing the view of the Qur’an in maintaining social and cultural identity from Muslim theological angles.
