Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk membahaskan tentang Ta’asub al-Madhhabdan bentuk-bentuknya, sebab-sebabnya, hukum-hukumnya, dan contoh-contoh realistik yang memberikan kesan terhadap moral dan akhlak orang awam. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah Istiqrā’ī(penyelidikan) dalam mengumpulkan data daripada sumber yang berkaitan dengan tajuk, serta menggunakan pendekatan atau kaedah Taḥlīlī(analisis) untuk mengkaji data-data yang ada dalam pandangan hukum fiqh Islam berkaitan dengan Ta’asub Madhhab. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa sikap Ta’asub al-Madhhabberbahaya bagi orang awam yang menyebabkan banyak berlakunya perpecahan dan perselisihan di dalam masyarakat. Dalam kajian ini Ta’asubyang dipraktikkan terbahagi kepada sepuluh bentuk iaitu fanatik ʿunsurī, agama, darjah atau tingkatan, Jantina, madhhab, Parti atau Hizb, etnik, pemikiran intelektual, kelompok sukan dan hubungan saudara. sebab-sebab Ta’asub al-Madhhabadalah tidak mematuhi undang-undang Islam dan menyimpang daripadanya. Ta’asub al-Madhhab merupakan perkara yang tidak dibenarkan, sehingga Ta’asub al-Madhhab memberikan kesan yang sangat tidak baik terhadap moral dan akhlak orang awam, contohnya saling membanggakan antara imām dan madhhab masing-masing,mengkafirkan antara madhhab, mendirikan masjid-masjid kelompok sendirian, membuat riwayat-riwayat palsu dan penyimpanganberita, membakar buku-buku orang yang menyelisihmadhhab, sikap berlebihan dalam memuliakan para Imām al-Madhhab. **************************************************************************** This study aims to define the Ta'asub al-Madhhab in terms of its forms, causes, laws, and realistic examples that give an impression of the universal moral and moral of the ordinary people. This study uses the Istiqrā’ī method in collecting data from sources related to the topic, its also uses the Taḥlīlī (analysis) approach to examine data that is in the view of Islamic law in regard to the Ta'asub al-Madhhab. The result of the study shows that the attitude of Ta'asub al-Madhhab is dangerous for common people, as it causes a lot of dissensions and strives in the society. In this study Ta'asub is practiced tracing ten forms, namely fanatical elements, religion, darjah or level, gender, madhhab (school of thought), Hizb (party), ethnicity, intellectual thought, sports groups and sibling relations. Ta'asub Madhhab rooted in disobedience of Islamic laws and deviating from them. Ta'asub al-Madhhab is prohibited since it gives a bad impact on the universal moral and ethics of the common people, in the forms of boasting the Imām (priest) and the madhhab, disbelieving other schools of thought, establishing group mosques, making false historic tales and distortion of the news, burning books of other parties who oppose his own madhhab, and excessive attitude in glorifying the Imām (priests).
