第四，关于个人卫生的建议，例如勤洗手。说实话，我不经常这么做，因为我大部分都是留在家里，甚至不踏出门口。 当每次出门处理事务或仅去大堂领邮包后，我会彻底洗手。平均1至2天才踏出门口一次，每次接触到非家庭成员或新物品时，我会洗手。 由于次数少，因此这是可行的，对我来说也是简单。但是对于身在办公室的人来说，他们经常与家庭以外的人接触，当中有多少人在办公室内经常洗手保持个人卫生呢？他们会嫌麻烦或不方便。 我与周围的人交谈后，结果令人失望，因为我们不能期望人们每小时洗手，这与自律和可行性有很大的关系。我在上一篇文章提及，除非有明文规定在限定时间必须洗手，否则只能依赖每个人的自动自发。
