Abstract

Efforts to control the pandemic has raised some concerns relating to privacy and personal data protection. From surveillance to data tracing, and from data disclosure to the use of mobile apps, there is a need to explain the rule of laws in Malaysia according to the legislation and common law applicable on the subject matter.
