Abstract

الصعوبة التي يجدها بعض الباحثين في وضع تصورمعرفي و منهجي تتضح فيه الخصوصية العلمية التي تضيفها مقاصد الشريعة للبحث في موضوع الدراسة. مما يجعل الكثير من الأبحاث التي تتخذ من المقاصد بعدا أساسيا في الدراسة لايظهر فيها وجه الاستثمارلمقاصد الشريعة.
