Abstract
Until the courts, both civil and syariah, stop ordering ‘visitation’ and start giving fathers the same recognition given to mothers, children in divorces will continue to suffer. DIVORCE is difficult. Parenting after divorce is more difficult. Children are easily affected by the divorce turmoil. The stress can produce physical symptoms as well as behavioural and emotional problems. .....
