Abstract

التعاون والتسامح والتعايش السلمي بين الشعوب قيمٌ ضرورية يتوقف عليها تحقيق السلام والأمن الدوليين؛ لأن البشر مُتَّحدون في أصل الخلق، متساوون في التكريم الإلهي للجنس الإنساني بعامة، مع الإقرار بتنوُّع معتقداتهم الدينية، ومشاربهم الفكرية، وخلفياتهم العِرقية واللغوية، وألوان الطيف السياسي التي ينتمون إليها، ومن مقاصد الشرع الحنيف اجتماع البشر كلهم فيما يُحقِّق لهم مصلحة، أو يجلب لهم منفعة, والمسلمون أولى من غيرهم بنشر السلام وتحقيق الأمن في ربوع الأرض من خلال الوسائل المتاحة، والعلاقات الدبلوماسية بين الحكومات, أو المنظمات الدولية، أو المنظمات غير الحكومية، أو شعوب الأرض جميعًا؛ فالمسلم في أثناء تعاونه مع غيره من بني البشر فيما فيه مصلحة الجميع؛ إنما يفعل ذلك لداعٍ ديني، فهو يتعبد الله بذلك، ويرى في التعاون قيمة في ذاته، ومقصدًا من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية؛ إذ إن لهذا ارتباطًا وثيقًا بمقصد حفظ الأمن والنظام العام, وتُبين هذه المقالة عن المنظور الإسلامي للتعاون الإنساني الذي تتمثَّله الشعوب المتسامحة في سعيها إلى تحقيق السلام والأمن الدوليين, ومن الأهداف التي يتوخى الباحث التوصل إليها بيان أهمية التعاون الإنساني من خلال استقراء النصوص القرآنية أو الحديثية ذات الصلة بالموضوع، وتحليلها, وربط أجزائها، ومن ثم تطبيقاتها في الواقع المعاش، وتحليل مجالات التعاون؛ إذ سيتبع الباحث في ذلك: المنهج التحليلي الاستقرائي، والمنهج التاريخي الاستردادي، إضافة إلى المنهج المقارن. Cooperation, tolerance and peaceful coexistence among societies are essential values, on which international peace and security are founded. Undoubtedly, all members of mankind is equal in terms of their origin of creation as well as in the divine appreciation for the human race in general, acknowledging the diversity of their religious beliefs, intellectual strata, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds and the political spectrum they belong to. One of higher objective of SharīÑah is to unite the entire humanity on a basis that is helpful to fulfill human interests, facilitate their benefits; thus Muslims have to be in forefront in promotion of peace and security on earth using all available means and diplomatic relations between governments, international organizations, non-governmental organizations, or all people altogether. Throughout his/her cooperation with other human beings for the achievement of public interests, a Muslim involves in all initiatives only because of the religious motives as part of worship of the God and striving for the fulfillment of maqāÎid vis-à-vis the preservation of security and public order, believing the cooperation itself as a high virtue. This research seeks to explain the viewpoints of Islam regarding the mutual human co-operation represented by open-minded peoples in their quest for international peace and security. In addition, the researcher aims to highlight significance of mutual co-operation by having a systematic extrapolation and analysis of the relevant texts of Quran and Hadith followed by scrutinizing its applications in real life-experiences in various accommodating grounds. For conducting this study, the researcher adopts inductive analytical, historical and comparative methods.
