Abstract
Human milk has been recognized as the gold standard for human feeding for centuries. Milk of other species that is fed to human infants has been known to contribute to increased in infants mortality. Hense, because of significant benefits of breast milk, infants with special needs should be encouraged and mothers assisted in breastfeeding.
