Abstract

اعتنى البحث في هذه الورقة بإيضاح منهج النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأساليبه المباركة في التعامل الأسري، إضافة إلى محاولة ربط تلك الجوانب مع مشاكل الأسرة في الوقت الحاضر وما تعانيه كثير من الأسر المسلمة من أزمات تعاملية، للتأكيد على أن بالإمكان الاستفادة من الطريقة النبوية في إيجاد حلول مناسبة لما تعانيه تلك الأسر. فجاءت الدراسة مشتملة على نماذج مشرقة من معالم منهجه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في معاملة المرأة واحترامها. فخرج البحث بنتائج أهمها: إثبات إمكانية تطبيق المنهج النبوي في التعامل مع المرأة للناس عموماً على اختلاف مراتبهم في الوقت المعاصر، إضافة إلى ربط الحاضر بالماضي في هذه النواحي وبيان أن مشاكل الأسرة ومعوقاتها أمر طبيعي يمكن تفاديه، وخاصة إذا أخذ بعين الاعتبار منهج الرسول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في التعامل مع هذه الظروف الاستثنائية. The researcher focused in this study on clarifying the approach and the blessed methods of the Prophet (s.a.w) in dealing with family affairs, attempting to link them with the present day family issues and the interaction crisis that many Muslim families face, emphasizing that finding appropriate solutions to these issues is possible to learn from the ways of the Prophet. This study incorporates the glorious models from the landmarks of the methods of the Prophet (s.a.w) related to the respect and treatment of women. The research resulted in important findings that include substantiation of the possibility of the applicability of the approach of the Prophet (s.a.w) in dealing with women generally with due regard to their different status in the contemporary time in addition to linking the present with the past in these areas. The research states that the family problems and constraints are natural and they could be avoided especially if the approach of the Prophet (s.a.w) is taken into account in dealing with issues in exceptional circumstances.
