Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال قيمة التعاون في ضوء القرآن الكريم، بوصفها من القيم الإسلامية المؤسسة لبناء الإنسان والمجتمع، ويبرز دلالاتها اللغوية والشرعية، مع بيان حضورها في عدد من الآيات القرآنية التي تدعو إلى البر والتقوى، والاعتصام بحبل الله، والتكافل بين أفراد المجتمع. كما يناقش أثر التعاون في بناء الشخصية المتوازنة، وتعزيز روح الفريق داخل البيئة الجامعية، وتنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتبادل الخبرات، ودعم التفوق الأكاديمي. ويخلص المقال إلى أن التعاون ليس سلوكًا اجتماعيًا فحسب، بل هو مبدأ قرآني يسهم في بناء الذات، وترسيخ القيم الأخلاقية، وإيجاد مجتمع طلابي متماسك قادر على تحقيق النجاح وخدمة المجتمع. This article examines the value of cooperation from the perspective of the Holy Qur'an as one of the fundamental Islamic values for developing both the individual and society. It highlights the linguistic and Qur'anic foundations of cooperation through selected verses that encourage righteousness, piety, unity, and mutual support. The article further discusses the role of cooperation in shaping balanced personalities, fostering teamwork within the university environment, promoting social responsibility, encouraging knowledge sharing, and enhancing academic success. It concludes that cooperation is not merely a social practice but a Qur'anic principle that contributes to personal development, strengthens ethical values, and builds a cohesive student community capable of achieving excellence and serving society.
