Abstract
This bulletin presents the third issue of the Omani Research and Studies Center in Malaysia (ORSC), covering the Center’s academic, cultural, and institutional activities during the period from July to September 2025. This edition places particular emphasis on themes of identity, historical memory, cultural heritage, and strategic institutional development. The bulletin documents a range of scholarly contributions, including research articles, book reviews, public lectures, and thematic seminars that explore Omani identity within broader civilizational, historical, and intercultural frameworks. In addition, the publication highlights community and cultural initiatives, heritage-focused activities, academic visits, and strategic planning workshops aimed at strengthening the Center’s organizational capacity and long-term vision.
