Abstract

Pelbagai platform pembelajaran digital dibangunkan untuk menyokong proses pembelajaran dan pengajaran dalam talian, antaranya ialah platform Google Classroom. Kajian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap penerimaan pelajar kursus Bahasa Arab terhadap penggunaan Google Classroom. Kajian ini menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) sebagai model rujukan utama kajian di mana melibatkan 118 orang pelajar yang mempelajari kursus bahasa Arab secara dalam talian yang telah dipilih secara rawak. Instrumen soal selidik digunakan untuk mendapatkan data kajian dan diedarkan kepada responden menggunakan platform Google Forms. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS Versi 26. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa tahap penerimaan pelajar terhadap penggunaan Google Classroom semasa proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara dalam talian adalah tinggi. Pelajar juga menunjukkan sikap yang positif terhadap penggunaan Google Classroom sebagai salah satu medium pembelajaran secara dalam talian. Penerimaan pelajar bahasa Arab terhadap Google Classroom menunjukkan bahawa aplikasi ini sesuai digunakan semasa proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran dalam talian. ******************************************* Various digital learning platforms have been developed to support online teaching and learning processes, among which is the Google Classroom platform. This study was conducted to identify the level of acceptance of Arabic language course students towards the use of Google Classroom. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main reference model, involving 118 students who are studying the Arabic language course online, selected randomly. The questionnaire instrument was used to obtain research data and distributed to respondents using the Google Forms platform. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS Version 26 software. The study findings indicate that the level of student acceptance of using Google Classroom during the online teaching and learning process is high. Students also showed a positive attitude towards the use of Google Classroom as one of the online learning mediums. The acceptance of Arabic language students towards Google Classroom shows that this application is suitable for use during the online teaching and learning process.
