Abstract

The article reinterprets Hijrah as a lifelong spiritual and ethical journey rather than a historical event. Drawing on Qurʾānic teachings and Prophetic ḥadīth, it emphasises the inner migration from sin to sincerity and from heedlessness to remembrance. It also highlights that true faith is reflected in compassion, integrity, and continual self-purification, reminding believers that the real Hijrah, the migration of the heart toward Allah, never ends.
