Abstract
Islamisation-Herald Issue 8 No. 1, March 2025, presents one more pearl from the Precious String, in this No. 1 series on ‘WHY Islamisation?’, which al-Marḥūm Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dr. M. Kamal Hassan had laid out. The last issue highlights the urgency for ummatic reformation, revitalisation and reenergisation to get the Ummah out of the lethargy brought about by internal crises and malaise, to fulfil its divine mandate as the best of community (Khair Ummah) and one that is rightly balanced (Ummah Wasaṭ), in order to be the beacon towards a new world order that proliferates benefits for humanity and the global ecosystem. The issue in your hands focuses on point A.4, another “WHY” for Islamisation.
