Abstract
Man, being the best creation of God Almighty, has been a topic of discussion in philosophy, anthropology, sociology, biology, etc. Given the power of speech and intellectual capacity, man dominates life on this planet. It is interesting to note, that he is the only creation on earth who is given the potential to explore and investigate the universe, as well as the flora and fauna. Despite having the power and capacity to explore stars millions of miles away from his planet, man is yet left in a dilemma to discover who he is, how he got here and what the purpose of his life is. This fact goes well with the word of wisdom that says, “Man has explored distant stars in the universe but failed to see what is within his bosom”.
